Terms of Service
By requesting services and/or contracting with CAN DOO you agree to the following terms & conditions of service.
CAN DOO reserves the right to update and/or change these terms of service or services at any time. Continuation of use of services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
METHODS OF COMMUNICATION: By requesting service from CAN DOO, you consent to receiving communication from us.
Phone: You consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), and telephone calls (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from us, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, with service-related information, questions about your use of our service, and/or account and marketing information. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using or change a telephone number you have provided. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages (including text messages). We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate SMS messaging with or without notice, without liability to you.
Email: You consent to receive email messages from us, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the email you have provided to us, with service-related information, questions about your use of our service, and/or account and marketing information. You represent that you are permitted to receive email messages and attachments at the email you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using or change the email you provided.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY: By requesting services you are agreeing to allow CAN DOO staff and/or contractors access to the designated yard or kennel area of your property for the purpose of completing the requested services whether you are present or not. If for any reason CAN DOO staff and/or contractors are unable to access your property, the service will be considered complete & billable. You will not receive a credit for that day in which time was spent at your property on your service day. You will be notified as to why we were unable to access the service area. Reasons we are unable to access your service area may include but are not limited to; locked gate, aggressive pet, blocked access, requested by individual to not access, etc.
BILLING & FEES: Payments must be received prior to rendering services. Ongoing regular services will be billed on a four week basis for the following four weeks. Payment due date is one week before the next four week term begins. For example: Feb 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd weeks' service would be due Jan 25th. If payment is not received by the due date a late fee may be assessed or upcoming service may be canceled. Additional fees may be assessed for things such as long grass, rocks, sticks, etc. You may request a copy of our additional fees. On occasion we may need to adjust our fees. You will be notified of any necessary fee changes or additional fees assessed via email, text, phone call or letter. Your continued use of services will be an acceptance of any change in fees. See Payments, Holiday and Extreme Weather sections of these terms of service for additional information.
Change in number of dogs: You must notify CAN DOO within 7 days of any change in the number of dogs at the service location. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge as well as back payment for weeks cleaned when the additional dog(s) was/were present. When there is a reduction in the number of dogs at the service location CAN DOO will not credit for more than 30 days from the date of notification of such change.
PROMOTIONAL PERIODS: If you sign up with a promotional discount you must complete the promotional period before canceling to receive the promotional discount/rate. If you cancel during the promotional period you will be charged for completed services at the regular non promotional rate.
GUARANTEE: CAN DOO guarantees your 100% satisfaction. In the event you discover missed pet waste in the designated area(s) for service, we will revisit your property within 1 business day at no charge. To claim this satisfaction guarantee you must notify CAN DOO within 24 hours of service.

You can notify CAN DOO by visiting our website and contacting us there, via email, or text message.
PAYMENTS: Automatic Payments - will be billed every four weeks. We will charge payments one week before start of service weeks. Payments must be received before your service date of each four week period to avoid a break in service. Overdue invoices may result in an additional charge. If payment is not received, your yard may not be cleaned until payment is received. If more than 14 days passes between services without pickup, then an additional fee may be assessed to resume pickup based on our one time cleanup rates. We reserve the right to pursue collection proceedings on overdue invoices.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE: The service is on a four week basis. You may cancel at any time. To prevent being billed for a subsequent period of service, you must cancel your service by contacting CAN DOO at least five (5) business days prior to your next billing date. When payment has been received, or your credit/debit card has already been charged, we will complete services for which payment has already been received or in the event of placing your service on hold, the payment will be held and applied once regular service resumes. Upon cancellation of services we will complete service for the time paid for. In the event you choose not to complete service already paid for you forfeit any balance due. No refunds will be issued.
SERVICE HOLD: You may request a hold on services at any time with one week's notice. Any hold notice received less than one week in advance cannot be guaranteed while reasonable effort will be made to honor the request. If your pet is not present during the service hold time period, there will be no charge upon resuming service. In the event your pet was present for 14 days or more since the last day of service, an additional service charge may be assessed based on our initial cleaning rate.
LIABILITY: CAN DOO, its employees, contractors, company officers, etc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. If your gate or other property is broken or damaged prior to when CAN DOO begins service you agree to repair or replace the broken gate or other property. If you choose not to complete the repairs or replace the broken gate or property you agree you will not hold CAN DOO liable for any further damages or situations which arise due to the broken gate or property (i.e. lost pet, further deterioration of property, etc.).
While we disinfect our tools and shoes between visits and deep clean equipment between service days, we can not guarantee diseases, parasites and illnesses will not be transferred from one yard to another. We can not be held liable if your pet becomes sick.
Pet(s) & CAN DOO Employee Safety: Safety of our staff/contractors and your pet(s) are a top priority. To help ensure our staff are as safe as possible it is requested that ALL dogs be kept out of the area to be cleaned while our staff are present. Our staff will text prior to arrival to confirm your yard is safe to clean. If they do not receive a reply they may knock or take other reasonable steps to determine if your yard is safe to enter. Without confirmation it is at the sole discretion of staff to determine if it is safe to enter a yard. In the event we are unable to confirm your yard is safe to clean we will assume otherwise and you will not receive service that day and you will not receive a credit for that day in which time was spent at your property on your service day.
Holidays & Extreme Weather: It is the goal of CAN DOO to complete service on the scheduled day. However there are a few instances where service may not occur:

Holidays: On the following Holidays CAN DOO reserves the right to perform that cleanup either one day before or after the holiday: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Extreme Weather: In snowy/icy, heavy rain conditions or other unsafe weather conditions, CAN DOO may postpone services until weather conditions improve. In the event your service area is impractical to clean before the next scheduled serviced day due to weather conditions, we will fully service and clean your yard on your next regularly scheduled service day at our sole discretion when conditions improve.

Credits: In the event you are granted credit due to any unforeseen events or as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, your account will be credited in your next billing. Credits are forfeited if service is cancelled before credits are applied.
GENERAL:

CAN DOO reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time with or without cause or reason.

CAN DOO may adjust service day schedules in order to optimize routes.

CAN DOO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By requesting services, you agree to receive communication regarding service through phone, email and text messages (message and data rates may apply).

Section headings are not intended to be all inclusive or part of these terms of service.

If any portion of these terms of service is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of these terms of service shall remain in effect.
ENFORCEABILITY: If any provision, sentence, phrase or word in the Terms of Service or the application of it to any person or circumstance are deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in force.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms of Service contains the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written and oral agreements and understandings with respect to the subject matter hereof. NO ORAL PROMISES OR AGREEMENTS ARE A PART OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
